Bloomberg said that Microsoft may allow HTC to make dual-booting device with Android and Windows Phone. And according to Eldar Murtazin, Samsung and Huawei might be allowed to do that too. Besides that, the same as Windows RT, Microsoft also wanna grant Android tablet to run with Windows RT system.
